Refund Policy

Effective: March 12, 2026

No Refunds

All payments made to FounderUnit are non-refundable. This applies to monthly plans, annual plans, and any add-ons. Once a charge has been processed, we do not issue full or partial refunds.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains fully active until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made.

1 Monthly Plans

  • Billed on the same date each month
  • Cancel any time — access continues until period end
  • No refund for the current billing period

2 Annual Plans

  • Billed once per year in advance
  • Cancel any time — access continues until the annual period ends
  • No pro-rata refund for unused months

3 Free Trial

Every plan includes a free trial period. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your workspace enters a read-only grace period of 30 days before data is deleted. No charge is made for the trial period under any circumstances.

4 Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact billing@founderunit.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your workspace and being prohibited from creating future accounts.

5 Service Disruptions

We do not guarantee any specific uptime and do not issue refunds for service interruptions. See our Terms of Service for details on our no-SLA position.
