Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of FounderUnit, a product of AspGenX Inc. By using the platform you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your workspace without refund.
1 Permitted Use
- Use FounderUnit for legitimate business and startup operations
- Invite team members, guests, and investors to collaborate on your workspace
- Store, share, and manage documents, data, and communications for your organisation
- Use the API and developer tools in accordance with our documentation
- Embed the Bug Reporter widget on your own applications
2 Prohibited Activities
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' workspaces, accounts, or data
- Use the platform to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
- Store or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or that infringes intellectual property rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively load the platform without prior written consent
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to FounderUnit as a service to third parties without a written agreement
- Use the meeting recording and transcription features without obtaining all legally required consents from participants
- Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any organisation
- Conduct penetration testing or security research on the platform without prior written approval from security@founderunit.com
3 Content Standards
All content you upload or create within FounderUnit must comply with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for all content in your workspace. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review and remove content that violates this AUP.
4 Resource Usage
Your use of the platform must not unreasonably burden the infrastructure or degrade service quality for other tenants. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend workspaces that place excessive load on shared resources.
5 Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in, at our sole discretion:
- A warning notification
- Temporary suspension of your workspace
- Permanent termination of your workspace and all associated accounts
- Referral to law enforcement where required
We will provide notice where practicable, but reserve the right to act immediately for severe violations.
